Major musical influences: I grew up listening to Country music and my dad's rock'n'roll...then sang in a Motown cover band...I discovered musical theatre with Les Misérables, and I am drawn to any music with lyrics and melody that express what is otherwise impossible to say. Gladys Knight, Carole King, Madonna, Tracy Chapman, Sarah McLachlan, Blue Rodeo, Counting Crows, Chantal Kreviazuk, Sara Bareilles, Brandi Carlisle, lately Noah Kahan.

Favorite musical genres: Singer-songwriter

My most prized instrument: I express myself through my voice.

What I love about BBSC: friendship. Shared love of music. creating together
